Led multiple teams responsible for driving growth and connectivity across Oscar's platform.
Built systems that streamlined claims operations and enabled brokers, supporting membership growth. Created tools that improved communication and expanded concierge services to enhance the member experience. Defined the long-term vision and strategy for claims management, automating workflows while preserving the human touch where it mattered most.
