I currently lead design for Oscar Health’s internal and partner-facing platform tools. Guiding managers and individual contributors, and collaborating cross-functionally to transform fragmented healthcare workflows into cohesive, scalable systems—empowering our operations and ultimately enabling better care for our members.
Directing Design for Growth and Innovation (2022-2024)
Led multiple teams to drive growth and connectivity across Oscar’s platform.
My teams built systems for efficient claims, and broker enablement, fueling membership growth. We built highly custom tools to enhance communication and expand concierge services to improve the member experience. And led vision & strategy to define the north star for claims management, automating processes while preserving key human touchpoints.
As part of the core +O SaaS group, I supported strategy development to scale our impact— extending Oscar’s technology to clients, all in support of our mission "to make a healthier life accessible and affordable for all."
